It was bitterly cold with frost still lying at the sides of the roads.<br \/><br \/>I drove up to the Struie Viewpoint and stopped to enjoy the view. However the bike felt completely different. As soon as you opened the throttle beyond 1\/4 open it just died. I didn&#8217;t go to Ardgay but at the bottom of the Struie Road turned sharp right to Edderton. I took it off in December as the bike would not run with it and refitted the original. However I purchased a jet set on AliExpress and have change the jets. It seems to run fine. I fitted a new fuel tap and a new sidestand switch.<br \/><br \/>I drove to Dingwall vis the Old Evanton Road but came down to the A9 by Foulis Station. I went to Tesco for petrol.<br \/><br \/><br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hferrier.co.uk\/personal\/2026-03-03_CatsBack\/IMG_20260303_144805548.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><br \/><br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hferrier.co.uk\/personal\/2026-03-03_CatsBack\/IMG_20260303_144816033.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><br \/>I headed out to Maryburgh and came up the Brahn Road turning off up at the first right on the road to Lochussie and Knockfarrel. This is a great time of year to be out. I came through Strathpeffer and turned up to Achterneed.
